Operation Snatch Back - Youth Development is a 501c3 non-profit organization that targets youth and young adults ages 13 to 24. The Co-Founders are Ron Green and Monica Clarke. Operation Snatch Back equips today’s youth to withstand many of life’s snares like drug and alcohol addiction, gangs, violence, lack of education, poverty, peer pressure, single-parent households, low self-esteem, incarceration, and more. They accomplish this through group presentations, skills building programs, workshops, keynote speaking, and tailored curriculums. Extensive work has been done in the Cobb/Atlanta school systems, and the community at large, as evidenced by their Facebook page www.facebook.com/operationsnatchback.
The Co-Founder Ron Green is a speaker, mentor, life coach, and case manager at “The Extension”, (a substance abuse treatment center in Marietta, GA). He is also enrolled in Certified Addiction classes. He uses his decades of a tempestuous past to mentor, speak, and guide others to a better quality of life.
The Co-Founder Monica Clarke is a mentor and works as an RN-Quality Coordinator. She is also a Singer/Songwriter and Army Vet who overcame childhood disparity early in her adult life.
Operation Snatch Back’s goal is to program the minds of today’s youth for success, while building leaders in communities worldwide.
