Harry T. Burn, a Tennessee Legislator in 1920, cast the final deciding vote to end womens' suffrage in the United States of America and to give women the right to vote. Tyler Boyd, Burn's great grandnephew is the author of “Tennessee Statesman Harry T. Burn: Woman Suffrage, Free Elections and a Life of Service” and has been actively involved in the country's commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the passing of the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
